By downloading, accessing, or using RepTrack Pro, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

RepTrack Pro is designed to help users track workouts, manage templates and schedules, review progress, generate workout or nutrition plans, import trainer documents, export reports, and use optional HealthKit, iCloud backup, AI-assisted planning, AI Coach, widgets, and Live Activities.

RepTrack Pro is a fitness and productivity tool. It is not a medical device, medical service, diagnostic tool, emergency service, or substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Workout recommendations, nutrition suggestions, readiness insights, cycle-aware content, and AI output are informational only.

Always use your judgment and consult a qualified professional where appropriate.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the app is lawful and appropriate for your age, health condition, and circumstances. You agree not to rely on the app in emergencies or high-risk situations.

RepTrack Pro currently offers premium subscriptions through Apple In-App Purchase, including a monthly plan and an annual plan.

• Each currently includes a 7-day free trial.
• Apple storefront pricing, taxes, and currency localization may vary by region.

Payment is charged to your Apple ID after the trial unless canceled earlier. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

Refunds, billing, and renewal handling are subject to Apple's policies.

Some features may be available only to premium subscribers, and some free-tier limits may apply. Features, limits, trials, and pricing may change over time.

You retain ownership of the personal workout and profile data you create in the app. You are responsible for maintaining your own exports or backups if the information is important to you, especially before deleting data or performing restore actions.

AI-generated workouts, nutrition suggestions, coaching responses, and similar outputs are provided for general informational use only. They may be incomplete, inaccurate, unavailable, or not suitable for your specific condition, equipment, or goals.

You are responsible for reviewing any generated content before acting on it.

Some features depend on Apple services such as HealthKit, CloudKit/iCloud, notifications, and the App Store. Some features may also depend on third-party AI providers.

We are not responsible for outages, policy changes, or service limitations imposed by Apple or third parties.

You agree not to misuse the app, interfere with its normal operation, abuse support channels, reverse engineer or redistribute the app beyond what applicable law allows, attempt unauthorized access, or use the app in a way that harms others or violates law.

RepTrack Pro, its design, software, branding, content structure, and related materials are owned by their respective rights holders and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time, including premium features, AI integrations, backup behavior, exports, or public legal/support pages. We may also update these Terms.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RepTrack Pro is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. This includes no express or implied warranties of fitness for a particular purpose, availability, accuracy, or non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, goodwill, or fitness results arising out of your use of the app.

Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid, if any, for the app service giving rise to the claim.

You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it and canceling any active subscription through Apple. We may limit access to support pages, public resources, or future services if they are abused or misused.
