Privacy policy aligned to the current app.

RepTrack Pro may handle workout logs, exercise history, workout templates, schedules, body metrics, nutrition-related entries, transformation photos, feature settings, notification preferences, and profile information you choose to enter.

If you enable HealthKit, the app may read and write permitted health and workout data. If you use optional iCloud backup, backup data may include profile data, workouts, templates, health entries, photos, achievements, schedules, and related settings.

We use information to operate the app, save and display your fitness data, personalize features, generate workout or nutrition plans, create exports, support widgets and Live Activities, run optional iCloud backup and restore, and respond to support requests.

RepTrack Pro is designed to keep most user data on your device by default. Your workouts, profile entries, settings, photos, and related fitness records are primarily stored locally unless you choose to use a feature that sends or syncs data elsewhere.

• When you use Apple services such as HealthKit, iCloud/CloudKit backup, or notifications
• When you use AI-powered features through configured providers such as OpenAI or Groq
• When you export/share files or contact support via email

If you grant permission, RepTrack Pro may read HealthKit data to support recovery, readiness, calorie, cycle-aware, and related features, and may write completed workouts to HealthKit.

If you grant camera or photo access, the app may let you capture workout progress images, select transformation photos, and save workout-related images to your photo library.

If you allow notifications, the app may send reminders, rest timer alerts, streak reminders, and other app-related notifications. You can change these permissions anytime in iOS Settings.

If you use AI-backed planning or AI Coach features, the app may send relevant profile, goal, preference, workout, nutrition, or planning context to the configured provider to generate a response.

AI output is informational only and may be incomplete or incorrect. Third-party AI providers operate under their own terms and privacy policies.

Premium subscriptions are offered through Apple In-App Purchase using StoreKit. Billing and payment processing are handled by Apple through your Apple ID. RepTrack Pro does not directly process your payment card details.

As of the current app implementation, RepTrack Pro does not use app data for cross-app or cross-website tracking for advertising purposes. The app is intended to support functionality, not advertising-based profiling.

• Locally stored data remains on your device until you delete it, remove the app, clear or overwrite it.
• iCloud backup data remains in your private Apple account context until deleted or overwritten.
• Information sent to third-party AI providers is subject to their own retention policies.

• Manage HealthKit, notifications, photos, camera, and other permissions in iOS Settings
• Manage optional iCloud backup inside the app
• Export certain data and remove app data from your device
• Cancel subscriptions through your Apple account subscription settings

If you contact support from the app, your message may include information such as app version, build number, device model, and iOS version to help troubleshoot reported issues.

We may update this Privacy Policy as the app changes. If we make material changes, we may revise the effective date and publish an updated version.
